What happens if I get my cartridge home and it doesn’t work?

There is a natural 1% failure rate on brand new cartridges.  With this in mind we are bound to have a few people come back, and for that we apologize.  If your cartridge doesn’t work on the first try, please contact us.  All we ask for is a little patience and understanding.  We'll find a solution.  Refilling works -- let us prove it to you.
